Here is some help.
go to
advanced options
And change this options below.
Max tricksperSecond must be 20 not 8
Also go to Master Server Uplink And set Doublink on True
Start now a server:
1 Go to multiplayer
2 Then start game
3 Select a game
4
Select map
Configure game
Game speed 100%
Reduced gore = True
Diffelculty = Unreal
Start game
Name = ?????????
Skin = ??????????
Class = ??????????
Password = ??????
You can also start a dedicadet server its better you can also to another servers when yours online.
Go to Multiplayer
Select game (Coop game)
Select map (if you select coop don't select dm maps)
Configure game ( Game speed 100%) ( Reduced Gore True) (Difficulty Unreal)
Then launch ( Dedicated server)
Start Unreal again and go to your server.
If you be admin you must do this....( if you have problems to be one)
When you in your server go to PLAYERSETUP
Chance the PAS and press ESC till you are in the game again.
Then Press TAB and put there RECONNECT and ENTER
Now you are admin in your server.......
