My collection has been exhibited twice, the first time in the main library in Zoetermeer, and in the Townmuseum of Zoetermeer in the period of March - September 2000.

| In collecting Kodak photographica I consider quality more important than quantity. My aim is not to get my hands on everything Kodak has produced. What I add to my collection has to be in good, if not perfect, condition. For instance, I don't want the coloured Kodak Petite cameras with a replaced black bellow, but with the original coloured one. |

| Special attention in my collection goes to coloured cameras from the 30s. I also have a fondness for materials such as film, darkroom material, old ads etc. as long as it's about or belongs to Kodak. |

In the development of my collection an important role was played by 'the Camera
Old-timer Club' as it was called in 1977. Now it is the 'Vereniging Fotografica'
(Society Photographica) of which I am one of the founding members. The international
exchange and sale fairs, as well as the regional fairs of the Society Photographica,
have been important for me to steadily enlarge my collection and to establish contacts.
I am much obliged to the 'Kodak-guru' in Holland, Ruud Hoff, who has been my major
