How it all started

We have always have cats as well as other animals, like rabbits and chicken.
A happy family.
The cats were always “normally” home cats, normal but special as well.
Unfortunately they are not longer with us.
Dizzy, a Cyber cat, had an accident in October 2001 and did not survive it, and Teddy, a turtle whit white lives at the neighbors. She was a regular guest whit them and from the moment we got our dog Buddy, she stayed there. They could not get along whit each other.
When the children were little they sometimes went to play with friends.
Of course they had to be picked up sometimes and so I saw whit the mother of one of there friends a little cat playing.
It seams to be a British Shorthair, blue. And so my interest was there.
I did read some books about the British Shorthair and together whit Peter I went to some cat shows en did buy some magazines.
After I read an article about a Cinnamon I was convinced.
After a while I phoned with Dick Eindhoven and asked if he had a Cinnamon for me. At the moment he did not.
The did have kittens, born on 02-02-2001 with 2 fawn female kittens and 1 cinnamon kitten ( they want to keep it themselves) 1 lilac and 1 blue kitten.
If I want I good get a Fawn kitten. So we made an appointment and at the moment we saw here we loved here.
On 30 April 2001 we brought here home with us. I did tell Dick that I wanted one nest for sure from here.
They were very happy with that, because they saw the possibility to get more Fawn and Cinnamon kittens.
Ivonne, Dick’s wife, told me that if Xubidy, that is the name of our cat, would have kittens from a Cinnamon male, for sure she was going to have Cinnamon and Fawn kittens. And I want to have a Cinnamon female very much.
We thought one cat was a bit quiet and not socially for Xuby, so in the meantime we have another cat, Majesty Mariëtte, called Jesty, living with us. She comes from Jacqueline de Vries.
In the meantime we bought 1 more kitten and our Cattery has 3 female cats. Our last cat is called Evita.
On 7 December is Evita come living with us, she comes from Cattery Fân Liwardia (Lies en Lolke Baarsma)
