After years of silence the moment has finally come, Antestor is back! With a new line-up and a new style.
Antestor partly left that sorrowful Norwegian sound they were known for, now they make a more extreme style of
Black metal. You can hear this on the songs Rites of Death (which will also be on the coming full-length, in a
different mix) and Med Hevede Sverd. Both are fast, brutal and totally Black metal. The other 3 songs are
piano-instrumentals, with some talking here and there. They sound beautiful, but I had hoped for more Black metal songs.
Still a great EP, a nice teaser for the coming full-length.
The package is beautiful, only this already makes it worth its price, the box also has room to hold the coming full-length.
It's a paper box, with the Antestor logo pressed into it, totally awesome.
