This is the debut of this band, a Death metal cd. Pretty decent Death metal. The vocals are great, much variation. Screams, grunts, clean vocals, it's all there. The fact that this cd has only 6 songs doesn't say anything, the cd clocks at almost an hour, as some songs are really long (A Love So Pure and Act of Depression are both over 10 minutes). While this cd has six 'real' song, there is also a track in which the vocalist tells about Christ. Why they chose to have first 10 tracks of silence and than the track with the vocalist telling about Christ I don't know. But I don't mind, these guys wanted to tell the word about God, and they did it. Not only with this last track, but also through the lyrics, which are impressive. You just sometimes have those lyrics which make you think about it, and this cd has that. Especially the song Act of Depression has impressive lyrics. It's about the last thoughts of someone who commits suicide. The music also fits perfectly with the lyrics. Even though the sound quality might be sometimes somewhat less than the music deserves, the music still sounds good.
