I had never heard of this band, heard of it through Bombworks Records, their label. I think this music should be described as Hardcore. Though it also has rap and even some gruntsounding vocals. It took me a while to get into this album, for example: The female vocals in the titletrack Not My Home sound 'false'. But after playing it several times it actually fits the music. And now this song is actually one of my favourites songs of the album. The best song in my opinion is Koolade, having a blues-rhythm, but in a Hardcore way, great song.
Overall a very decent Hardcore album, a potential band. Very nice artwork also, it really reflects the album good, with the cover having a person sitting in a dark room, fits and looks great. Only negative thing about this artwork is how the lyrics are placed, they're not in order, which makes you have to search for every song the first times.
