This is a no obligation consultation visit. It is very important that parent(s)-to-be looking for doula services find what fits their specific needs and style. We will discuss how the pregnancy has been thus far and any questions or fears you may have about the birth. This meeting is also to find out what your needs are and what I can specifically do for you.
| Prenatal visits (1 or 2): |
These visits are a great time to get to know each other and build a trusting relationship. We will answer questions, discuss the labor process, and review or create a birth plan. These visits will be tailored to fit your individual needs.
| Unlimited email and phone support throughout the pregnancy and first
thirty days following delivery

| Continuous labor support at home or hospital including up to two hours post delivery |
I will be available on-call for your birth beginning from two weeks prior to your due date until you deliver. You will call me when you are in labor and would like me to come. I will usually be there within one hour. During your labor, I will encourage relaxation, position changes, and comfort measures to decrease the discomforts of labor where possible. I will stay for the entire length of your labor.
| Postpartum visit: We will discuss the birth, as well as physical and emotional healing after delivery. I can offer you help with breastfeeding and newborn care if needed. |
Price: 750 euros
You are welcome to schedule additional prenatal or postpartum visits. These cost €40 each.
