Ch Morry van de Vijf Lijsterbessen (08-01-1986 - 07-02-1996) was my first Flatcoated Retriever. He had a wonderful personality and was a great ambassador for the breed. Your first dog is always the most special one and Morry taught me a lot in his live, more than I could ever have taught him. Thanks to him I have never been without a Flatcoat since.

The second Flatcoated Retriever Dusty, Ch Swallowsflight Black Stardust, (16-08-1988 - 10-2001) soon joined me. Dusty lived up to thirteen years and neither will be forgotten ever. 

My third Flatcoated Retriever Hoku,  Starcaster Black April Moon  (23-04-1992 - 24-10-2000) was a son out of the first litter Morry sired. He was my little soulmate and stays in my heart forever. 

Toby, Ch Steeplehouse Crackerjack was my first importation from England bred by Sally Collins followed 5 years later by Tina, Ch Rainesgift Mid Summer Dream bred by Hayley Tomlinson, who gave me a litter of three lovely puppies of wi Misty, Brightmoor Irish Mist stayed with me. Toby has passed away in December 2007 and leave a big gap in my live. The next year I had to say goodbye to my beloved Tina  . . . .

At this moment I love and enjoy my two Flatcoats Misty, Brightmoor Irish Misty her daughter Susie, Brightmoor Break of Dawn and the Border Terriër Oska, Jack Frost of the Spring Cottage GG2.
